Philosophy and Focus

To RE-CON-FIGURE means…

…to re-arrange the elements or settings; to change the shape or formation; remodel; restructure, re-assemble the parts, reconstitute, composing the pieces differently…

Today’s challenge consists in…

… reconsidering personal, societal and global fundamental values; exploring new possibilities; rethinking and reconfiguring thoughts; accepting different ways of seeing; co-existing cooperatively with diverse communities and across generations; understanding, managing and solving conflicts and creating consensus in order to improve processes and relationships–in families, at the workplace, in schools, professional associations and organizations, within and among nations.

The focus of RECONFIGURE is…

…conflict. Everyday trivial conflicts or problems, dilemmas, disputes or disagreements, as well as seemingly unsolvable conflicts.

RECONFIGURING…

…makes a new way of seeing possible.

Consider a kaleidoscope: A new image appears with a slight touch. The re-arrangement of pieces allows a new image to come into view.
